“Never do anything half-heartedly. Always do everything to the best of your abilities” said Kelly-Anne Goeieman.
A 22-year-old model and make-up artist, Kelly-Anne Goeieman is living her best life. She was born and raised in Eldorado Park, South of Johannesburg. She matriculated at Sir John Adamson High School.

She started her modelling career at the age of 12, she received her very first modelling job through an agency she did a fashion show for at the time. Her modelling career started off “as a hobby and then I found that I really enjoyed it,” she explains.
She is a ramp model, that consists of fashion shows and hair shows such as the soft n free hair expert challenge. However, she has not ventured into editorial modelling just yet.

Her inspiration to get into the beauty industry had always been something she wanted to do but was uncertain of. “I feel like this industry chose me in the end,” said Goeieman. She completed her qualification in Somatology at the University of Johannesburg in 2018.
Living the best of both worlds means that she has to incorporate both beauty and modelling into her life which can be very challenging.
Beauty is such a huge industry and because of the job she chose, she feels that it all worked out in her favour. “With the work I do, I know what it’s like to be behind the scenes and the amount of work that it takes. With the modelling I know what it feels like being in the front line,” she explains.
She finds both the jobs exciting and that they each have a fair share of hard work, she states that it is all about finding a balance and doing what she loves in the end.
